Tuition and Fees

A schedule of fees is established annually by the School Board and is distributed to current families in January with the re‐enrollment packet. These fees cover the cost of all operating expenses, including educational materials and equipment, faculty and staff salaries, facility mortgage and maintenance, and office supplies.

NEW: FACTS Online Enrollment Process
Beginning for the 2013-2014 school year, all families – whether new or returning – will sign up for an online payment plan with FACTS Management Co. Among other advantages, utilizing this new process will provide families with a convenient online payment plan, real-time access to account history and account information, and reminder emails before payments are due. Application/Placement Fee: $100
The application/placement fee of $100 per child is due at the time of submission of the application.  This fee is for all new students, K through 8th grade.

Registration Fee/Re-Enrollment Fee: $300
A registration fee for all grade levels of $300 per student (maximum $500 per family) is due at the time of registration.  A spot is reserved for your child once the registration fee is paid. Payment of the registration fee implies intent to attend and is nonrefundable.  Returning student registration will not be accepted for families with outstanding school accounts.  This includes tuition, FACTS payments,and before and after school care balances.

Technology/Academic Fee:  K-8th grade $400
The academic fee is due June 3, 2013, or within 14 days after notification of acceptance is given for students registering after this date.  This fee covers the cost of textbook usage, Accelerated Reader student fee, ACSI program fee, yearbook, most school supplies, classroom art supplies, standardized testing, Bible (grades 4-8), technology use, and academic planner (grades 3-8).

Tuition arrangements must be made by June 3, 2013. A discount of $200 will be given when full payment via cash or check is made by this date (credit card payments are not eligible for this discount).  Alternatively, payment may be arranged with FACTS tuition on a 10 or 12 month payment plan, beginning in June or August and ending in May. If registering after this date, arrangements must be made within two weeks of registration or by the start date, whichever comes first. A limited number of partial financial scholarships are available; applications may be completed online at www.factstuitionaid.com.  Awards are determined by the School Board tuition assistance committee.

All daycare fees must be prepaid through FACTS.  Occasional drop-in daycare is available at a cost of $7.50 per hour.  All students must be signed in and out by someone aged 18 or older.  A $25 charge will be applied if a student is not signed in or signed out.
