WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW

  Joyful Song Choir is back!!
After a brief hiatus, we are excited to bring back the ALCS Joyful Song Choir! Joyful Song will begin the week of February 22 and is open to all students in grades 2-6. The choir will meet on Tuesday afternoons from 2:50-3:45 and will perform at chapel and other school functions. We are also extremely excited to welcome back Mr. Alex Walker, who will be directing the choir. For more information about the program, please read the flyer.

December 8-9th: PE & Martial Arts
During the week of December 7th, Master H. Neil Beisel from the local American Taekwondo Association (ATA) visited our students for an (even MORE) exciting PE lesson about Martial Arts. Students got a chance to practice some fundamental skills and learn the importance of confidence and self-defense (not OFFENSE!). Visit Master Beisel's school website for more information about his programs, or contact Coach Royse for more information.

November 10: Captain Carl Visits our Little Ones!

On November 10th, Captain Carl visited our junior and pre-k classes for an on-campus field trip. Every morning, Captain Carl visits our local shores and finds some fresh, healthy sea creatures to exhibit for the kids he is visiting. Our little ones got to feel the rough skin of a Sea Star and the slippery skin of a Giant Keyhole Limpet! At the end of the day, Captain Carl took his ocean friends back to their rightful home in the sea.

  Enrollment Continues

We are so excited to be enrolling students for the 2009-2010 school year! Enrollment packets are available in the office for both new and returning students. Registration packets must be turned into the office with all necessary items in order to be accepted. Please carefully look over the packets before returning them to the school office to be sure that everything has been included to reserve your child's spot for next year. If you have any questions, please stop by the school office. We'll be happy to help you!

Be sure to check out our new middle school and part-time preschool programs. Information is available on our admissions page!

  Student/Family Referral Program

We have a wonderful new program in place for our ALCS families who refer other families to our school. If you have referred another family to enroll at our school, please remind them to fill out the form linked below and turn it in to the office. You could receive a $500 tuition credit! There are some stipulations involved, so please read the form over carefully. This is another great reason for encouraging friends and family to come by our school for our Open House on February 12. Spread the word!
