Priority Reenrollment

Priority Reenrollment and the Returning Family Discount Registration period for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year continues!

Priority Reenrollment for current families will run through the day of Thursday, February 19, and end at the beginning of that night’s Open House at 6:30. During this time, returning families can save $100 off their registration fee. However, Dr. Vance Nichols, head of school at ALCS, is urging current families not to wait, but to reenroll as soon as possible, in order to secure their child’s seat for next school year.

We’re seeing significant interest from new families hoping to attend ALCS, and we’re already giving more tours to potential new families prior to Open House than at any time in recent memory, often multiple tours per day,” explained Dr. Nichols, now in his 11th year as head of school. “Classes are going to fill quickly—some faster than others—even during our priority reenrollment period. That means that all seats for next school year will be on a first-come, firstserved basis—from now until classes are full—based on the date and time of paid registration.”

Continued Dr. Nichols: “Even though our priority reenrollment period technically extends until Open House, we’re anticipating that a number of classes may already be full with waiting lists by that time. We’ve witnessed this happen in previous years.”

Dr. Nichols added that a seat is not secured for next year until all three steps of the reenrollment registration process, as described in the digital reenrollment packet, have been completed.

New Family Enrollment begins on the evening of Open House for prospective families who actually attend in-person. New Family Enrollment will continue—online only—the next morning.

Current ALCS families are also reminded that the school has a Family Referral Program, and for every new family referred by a current ALCS family, the referring family will get a $500 tuition credit, with no cap. So, if a current ALCS family refers two families, it will get a $1,000 credit; three families, a $1,500 credit; and so on. If families have any questions about the reenrollment process or the referral program, please contact the school office for more information.
